Returns and Complaints
At BLUR., we believe that good design and quality speak for themselves. However, if for any reason you decide to return a product or file a complaint – we have ensured the entire process is simple and transparent.
Product return
According to applicable law, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the shipment.
What you can return:
- An unused product, in perfect condition – without any signs of opening or use.
- The product in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents (e.g. proof of purchase, product card).
For sets – only the entire set can be returned.
Important: Hygienic products (e.g. toothbrushes, brush heads) whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned – for health and safety reasons.
How to return a product:
- Contact us: [email protected] – we will immediately send you a short return form.
- Pack the product with the form and proof of purchase.
- Send the package to our address (return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer):

We recommend using registered mail or courier service for the safety of the shipment.
After receiving and approving the return, we will refund the money using the same payment method – within a maximum of 14 days.
Damaged shipment
If the packaging shows signs of damage during transport:
- Take photos of the package and products before unpacking.
- Keep the receipt or waybill.

Complaints
We care about the quality of every product. If your item turns out to be defective, file a complaint – it’s simple:
Write to us: [email protected] – describe the problem and attach photos (if possible).
We will send you further instructions and the address to which the product should be returned.
After verification – we will offer repair, replacement or refund – in accordance with applicable regulations.
