At BLUR., we focus on quality – that’s why every product undergoes thorough inspection before shipping. However, if the item you receive is defective or not working properly, you can file a complaint in just a few simple steps.
How to file a complaint?
- Write to us at: [email protected]
- Describe the problem (e.g. technical defect, damage).
- Attach photos if possible – this will speed up the process.
- Provide your order number and contact details.
- In response, you will receive:
- a complaint form,
- details of the next steps,
- the address for returning the product.
- Send the claimed product back to the indicated address – securely packed, with the completed form included.
What’s next?
After receiving and verifying the complaint, we will offer:
- repair,
- replacement with a new product,
- or refund – in accordance with applicable regulations.
Time for complaint processing: up to 14 business days from receiving the returned product.
