How to file a complaint?

    • Describe the problem (e.g. technical defect, damage).
    • Attach photos if possible – this will speed up the process.
    • Provide your order number and contact details.
  2. In response, you will receive:
    • a complaint form,
    • details of the next steps,
    • the address for returning the product.
  3. Send the claimed product back to the indicated address – securely packed, with the completed form included.

What’s next?

After receiving and verifying the complaint, we will offer:

  • repair,
  • replacement with a new product,
  • or refund – in accordance with applicable regulations.

Time for complaint processing: up to 14 business days from receiving the returned product.
