How is BLUR. different from other sonic toothbrushes?

BLUR. combines minimalist design, effective sonic technology (28,800 vibrations/min), and practical features: an intelligent timer, pressure sensor, and long-lasting battery life.

What’s included in the BLUR. toothbrush box?

The set does not include a USB wall adapter. To charge the toothbrush, you can use any standard 5V USB charger (e.g., a smartphone charger) with a type-C connector.

What modes does BLUR. offer?

The toothbrush has 4 modes:

1) Clean – daily cleaning
2) White – whitening
3) Gum Care – gum care
4) Polish – polishing

Does the toothbrush have a pressure sensor?

Yes. If too much pressure is applied, the toothbrush will stop, and the LED will indicate the need to reduce force.

Does the BLUR. toothbrush have a timer?

Yes – a 2-minute timer with 30-second pauses that signal when to change the cleaning area.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 60 days on a full charge, which takes about 6 hours.

How does the charging work?

Charging is inductive – simply place the toothbrush on the dedicated base and connect the charger to the socket using a USB-C adapter. Use only the original charger.

How can I check the battery level?

The battery level and the active mode are displayed on the built-in LED screen.

How often should the brush head be replaced?

At least every 2–3 months – this ensures effectiveness and hygiene.

Is the toothbrush waterproof?

The toothbrush can be safely rinsed under running water, but it should not be submerged for long periods. Do not use the charger near water.

Shipping

What delivery options are available?

We use the Apaczka platform, which offers shipping via couriers such as DPD, InPost, DHL, and others. You can choose delivery to a pickup point or directly to the specified address during the checkout process.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes – once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, we deliver within Poland. If you would like to order a product abroad – please contact us, and we will find a solution.

Returns & Complaints

Can I return the ordered product?

Yes, you have 14 days to return an unused product in its original packaging. The exception applies to hygiene products once opened (e.g., brush heads, toothbrush).

Can I return part of the set?

No – sets (e.g., Toothbrush + Case) can only be returned as a whole.

How do I request a return?

Write to us at: [email protected] – we will send you the form and instructions. The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.

What if the package arrived damaged?

Take photos of the package and its contents before unpacking and contact us – we will assist you with the next steps.

How do I file a complaint?

Send us an email with a description of the problem and photos. You will receive a form and the return address for the product.

How long does it take to process a complaint?

Up to 14 business days from the moment we receive the package.

Warranty

How long is the warranty valid?

BLUR. comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

Material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover mechanical damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
